We draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of property-related agreements, including for property management services, estates maintenance services, venue hire, block bookings and standard terms and conditions. We also help clients bidding for public sector property opportunities to maximise their chances of successfully being awarded and delivering public contracts. 

We draft standard terms of business for our property management and estates maintenance services, clearly setting out the scope and frequency of the services being provided. We are also familiar with venue hire and licensing agreements, having prepared and negotiated these for a number of well-known clients. 

Our team assists clients with hotel block/group booking agreements and can draft these where a new agreement is needed or review and advise on terms proposed by a third party in order to ensure that the commercial reality of the deal is reflected in the contractual documentation and to ensure adequate protections are included. 

We have experience of preparing standard terms and conditions for our estate agency clients with.
