Corporate Solicitor – PQE 3+ Years

In this role, you will work on a broad range of corporate finance transactions for our enviable list of clients across various sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, telecoms, technology and hospitality.

You will have the opportunity to work with a leading corporate team, who were ranked most active deal adviser in the region per the Experian Market IQ M&A Review for FY23 and have maintained their position into Q2 2024. Over the last 12 months the team have worked on over 60 transactions, with an aggregate deal value in excess of £350m.

• Managing your own workload of corporate finance and company law advisory work for a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks.
• Supporting the team on larger transactional work.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of transactional, finance and corporate governance documents.
• Developing and building your own client and referrer relationships and supporting the firm’s wider business development activities.
• Providing exceptional client service.
• Supervising and developing junior team members.

• Expertise in corporate finance law and practice (whether gained in private practice or in-house).
• PQE 3+ years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on larger projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
