Stewart Irvine leads our team of dispute resolution solicitors and together with their combined expertise offer our clients the best care and advice, tailored for their specific needs.

Covering commercial and private disputes, our dispute resolution solicitors can provide a wide range of advice. From contractual disputes, landlord and tenant and property-related disputes, partnership or shareholder issues, injunctive relief, professional negligence matters and defamation.

Disputes are time-consuming and can bring various difficulties for clients and their businesses, the team at Mincoffs ensure each dispute is handled efficiently, finding the fastest and best resolution they can. We will always bare costs in mind, approaching each case with a  commercial mindset.

Dispute resolution is handled in multiple different ways, usually via alternative dispute resolution. This includes; mediation, direct negotiation, arbitration with the opposite side in brokering a settlement. The team can advise on taking disputes to trial if the other forms of dispute resolution are not suitable. If this is the case, the solicitor in charge will still bare costs in mind and strike a balance for you by managing the dispute and protecting your case in court.
