An award winning IT managed services provider has secured a £7m investment from BGF, thanks to legal support from Mincoffs Solicitors’ corporate team.
North East-based ITC Service was founded in 2006 by Christopher Potts and Peter Anderson and provides more than 500 businesses across the UK with IT support, cyber security, proactive monitoring, connectivity, telephony and hardware support.
Senior partner and head of corporate, Paul Hughes, partner Chris Hughes, assisted by associate solicitor Max Gilchrist and solicitor Grace Hughes, worked closely with Christopher and Peter throughout the transaction.
The investment will support ITC Service’s continued growth, including plans to scale and complete a carefully executed M&A strategy.
