Mincoffs act on sale of Northumberland care home

The home, which is registered to provide residential and dementia care for 25 residents, was sold on behalf of Mrs Lindy Liddell to Dr & Mrs Khan off a guide price of £595,000.

John Nicholson, partner at Mincoffs Solicitors and lead adviser on the specialist healthcare team, who acted on behalf of Mrs Liddell, said: “Mrs Liddell and her family are long-standing clients of Mincoffs and we were delighted to assist them with the sale of Havendene Care Home. Mrs Liddell and her family had owned the home since 1990 and have fully refurbished and enhanced the property throughout their ownership.
