Corporate team act on Engineering Consultancy deal

Specialist engineering company, GRDes, has been sold to the Benbecula Group with the help of Mincoffs Solicitors’ specialist manufacturing team.

GRDes, now re-named TyneTec Engineering as part of the deal, provides a bespoke package of engineering support to offshore oil and gas, power generation, marine and ship-building, petrochemical, air pollution control, renewable energy and the building services industries.

Acting on behalf of Jacqui Robinson and Greg Robinson, who will be continuing his role as Managing Director following the deal, the sale was handled by lead adviser John Nicholson, assisted by Associate Chris Hughes and Solicitor Daniel Bell.
