EVENT: Social Media @work #thesequel

Following on from the success of our June event in Newcastle, Mincoffs Solicitors in conjunction with Trinity Chambers are delighted to present a free breakfast seminar ‘Social Media @work #thesequel’.

Nick Smith, Partner at Mincoffs Solicitors and Jamie Anderson, Barrister at Trinity Chambers will examine how the everyday impact of social media in the workplace has changed significantly in recent times and explore how to manage the unique risks and opportunities presented by social media.

Nick Smith is a Partner and Head of Employment at Mincoffs. He advises clients on all aspects of employment law with particular emphasis on compliance, implementation of policies and procedure as well as dealing with employment dispute resolution.

Jamie Anderson was called to the Bar in July 2004 and specialises exclusively in employment and discrimination law, accepting instructions on behalf of employees, trade unions and employers, including local authorities. Jamie also undertakes non contentious work, drafting employment contracts and policies.
