Intelligent Video acquired by L.B. Foster

A global leader in rail and infrastructure services has strengthened its reach in the UK with a key acquisition.

Surveillance experts Intelligent Video Ltd has been acquired by L.B. Foster in a deal led by Mincoffs Solicitors’ corporate team.

The security and safety solutions business, which is based in Leamington Spa, has a proven track record in delivering innovative and integrated solutions, tailored to its customers.

Prior to its acquisition, Intelligent Video provided sub-contracting services for L.B. Foster’s Remote Condition Monitoring (RCM) and Inform Visual Communications solutions, along with enhanced technical resources to assist in a variety of existing and developing solutions for the company.

John Kasel, President and Chief Executive Officer of L.B. Foster Company said that the deal “fits neatly into the growth strategy L.B. Foster announced in 2021.

John Nicholson, Partner in Mincoffs’ corporate team, advised on the acquisition.
