Managing Social Media in the Modern Workplace

Due to popular demand, Mincoffs Solicitors in conjunction with Trinity Chambers are repeating our ‘Managing Social Media in the Modern Workplace’ seminar.

Nick Smith, Partner at Mincoffs and Jamie Anderson, Barrister at Trinity Chambers will assess the everyday impact of social media on the modern workplace and explore how to manage the unique risks and opportunities presented by social media.

Nick Smith is a Partner and Head of Employment and Pensions at Mincoffs. Nick advises clients on all aspects of employment and penisons law with particular emphasis on compliance, implementation of policies and and procedure as well as dealing with employment dispute resolution. Nick is listed as a leading individual in the Legal 500 and is referred to as being ‘a very professional individual who is easy to talk to and gives excellent legal advice’.

Jamie Anderson was called to the Bar in 2004 and specialises exclusively in employment and discrimination law, accepting instructions on behalf of employees, trade unions and employers, including local authorities. Jamie also undertakes non contentious work, drafting employment contracts and policies. Furthermore, Jamie has a teaching qualification and is able to provide training on any aspect of employment law.

Registration will take place from 9am with the presentation starting at 9.30am. The event will close at 11am.
