Mincoffs act on garden centre sale

Woolsington Bridge Nurseries Ltd has been sold to Cowell’s Garden Centre Ltd with the help of Mincoffs Solicitors’ award winning Corporate Team.

Lead advisor Paul Hughes, Head of Corporate at Mincoffs, acted on behalf of Gabrielle Bernstone to complete the transaction and transfer all issued share capital of the company to Cowell’s Garden Centre Ltd.
