Mincoffs advise on sale of O2 franchise

The Corporate Team at Mincoffs Solicitors were delighted to have provided advice and support to Sara Davis on the recently completed sale by her of the entire issued share capital of Wesstel Communications Limited, an independent franchisee of O2 stores in Morpeth and Wallsend, to Talk Direct (Leeds) Limited.

Sara, in her tenure as owner and Managing Director of Wesstel Communications, successfully ran and grew the company over a period of ten years before making the decision to sell to Talk Direct (another independent O2 franchisee) who, following the acquisition, have increased their portfolio to 16 O2 stores, in addition to a call centre.
