Mincoffs announce new Partner

Newcastle law firm Mincoffs Solicitors has promoted Wills and Probate specialist Louise Miller to Partner.

Nottingham born Louise, a graduate of Northumbria University, qualified as a solicitor in 2006.  She previously worked for firms including Bywaters Topham & Phillips and Hadaway and Hadaway before joining Mincoffs Solicitors as Head of Wills, Probate and Trusts in 2011.

Louise has particular expertise in advising on wills, estate planning, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and court of protection matters and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  She has been recognised by the Legal 500 for her work and was quoted as being ‘Brilliant and extremely professional’.

The move follows a period of sustained growth for Mincoffs Solicitors, a leading commercial law firm based in Jesmond, Newcastle.  Louise’s promotion takes the number of partners at the firm to 10 and she is the third partner to be appointed in the past 18 months.
