Mincoffs announced as finalists at Dealmakers Awards

Mincoffs Solicitors has secured four nominations across three categories at a prestigious industry awards ceremony.

The Insider North East Dealmakers Awards celebrates the region’s corporate sector, honouring financiers, accountants, bankers, funders, lawyers and M&A professionals for their achievements.

Mincoffs has been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Bank Funded Deal of the Year for the management buyout of PDQ Engineering, and has two transactions in the running for Deal of the Year (sub £10m).

In the latter category, the firm has been recognised for its involvement in the management buyout of PDQ Engineering, along with the management buy-in of RWO.

Winners will be announced at a black tie awards evening held on Thursday 28^th September, at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead.
