Management buyout of Sunderland technology firm

The Corporate team at Mincoffs were pleased to act for the sellers during the management buyout of a Sunderland headquartered communications and internet service provider, securing more than 20 jobs.

Based on Sunderland’s Moorside Park, the management buyout has been completed for an undisclosed sum, with the move creating “succession and continuity”.

The deal was led by Paul Hughes, Partner and Head of Corporate at Mincoffs.  Paul said “We were delighted to act for the sellers on this transaction and wish them well for the future.”
