Mincoffs closes 2022 with top three deal volume

Mincoffs Solicitors’ corporate team has maintained its position as one of the three most prolific firms in the region for deal volume, according to the Experian 2022 M&A Review.

Across the region, North East deal volumes reached a 10 year high with a total of 375 completing throughout 2022.

This is a 27% increase from the previous year, with an aggregate deal value of £3.7bn.
