Mincoffs corporate team advises on sale of Profile Analysis

The award winning corporate team at Mincoffs Solicitors has advised on the sale of the data led sales performance business Profile Analysis and its proprietary ”i-snapshot” software solution to Middlesbrough based About Sales Limited, for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1991 i-snapshot uses data analytics to deliver improvements in sales team performance and provides reporting tools which deliver real time visibility of sales team activity and contemporary competitor information, to sales leaders and managers.

Paul Hughes led the Mincoffs corporate team on behalf of the sellers and said: “We are really pleased to have been able to deliver the transaction for the shareholders in a lockdown scenario – it’s an important deal in this current climate. We worked on the deal remotely in the main but were agile pre crisis anyway so  the impact of  general homeworking had no discernible effect on service levels, deal management or target timescales and which perhaps provides a real insight into the new normal of professional services delivery.”
