Mincoffs ranked top North East legal adviser

Mincoffs Solicitors has been ranked number one in the North East for deal volume by the Experian H1 2023 M&A Review.

The firm completed 25 qualifying transactions in the first half of the year, with 13 in the North East – making it the most active legal adviser in the region.

Over the last 12 months the team has completed more than 100 transactions, worth an aggregate deal value of over £600m.

Senior partner and head of corporate, Paul Hughes, is delighted to see the firm at the top of the table.
