Mincoffs ranks highly in the Experian Q1 UK M&A Review

Mincoffs Solicitors has ranked in the top 20 nationally for deal volume in the Experian Q1 UK M&A Review, while maintaining its third place position in the North East tables.

The review records dealmaking across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Across the region, private equity and growth capital transactions increased by 23% and the Q1 value figure sits at the higher end of first quarter value for the North East over the last decade.
