Electrical service solutions provider expands into Scotland with latest acquisition

North East based electrical services solutions provider, Quantum Controls, has acquired Scottish electrical contractor, Lothian and Borders Electrical, with support from Mincoffs Solicitors.

Lothian and Borders electrical is one of Scotland’s leading electrical contractors and the acquisition provides Quantum Controls with a nationwide network of 6 Service Centres and a growing team of engineers providing a range of electrical services and solutions across the UK.

Q Electrical Industrial Services (the new trading entity) has brought together more than 60 years of combined knowledge and expertise between Quantum Controls and Lothian and Borders, enabling it to provide clients with a comprehensive service offering of “full turnkey electrical solutions”.

A team of specialist lawyers from Mincoffs Solicitors’ Corporate Team provided legal advice and support to Quantum Controls on the acquisition and associated arrangements.
