Reproflex3 eyes further growth following acquisition

A leading North East manufacturer has bolstered its offering following a key acquisition, which was supported by Newcastle-based Mincoffs Solicitors.

Reproflex3 specialises in the manufacture and design of flexographic printing plates for a variety of industries, including packaging and pharmaceuticals.

The company, which is based in Cramlington, has acquired the entire issued share capital of A.N.F. Limited, as it continues to expand into the European corrugated packaging sector.

With significant experience operating in the UK pharmaceutical and packaging industries, Shildon-based A.N.F. Limited is a welcome inclusion to Reproflex3’s portfolio of businesses.

Daniel Bell, associate solicitor in Mincoffs’ corporate team, advised Reproflex3, alongside solicitor Grace Hughes.
