Mincoffs Solicitors’ busy residential conveyancing team has cause for celebration, as one of its team qualifies as a solicitor.

Rachel Stuart has gone from strength to strength since joining the firm in 2018 as a conveyancing assistant, quickly progressing to a role as a conveyancing executive where she had responsibility for managing her own clients and caseload.

She has now successfully qualified as a solicitor and will continue to work on a wide variety of matters, including properties with missing leases, adverse possession, shared ownership and new builds.

This increases the number of qualified lawyers in the residential property team to eight, with the firm supporting a further four in the department who are currently working towards qualification.

“I’m delighted to have qualified as a solicitor,” said Rachel.

“Buying or selling a house is often a huge milestone event in our clients’ lives, so it is a pleasure to assist them through what can be a really stressful time and deliver a positive outcome at the end.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to work with the rest of the team, who have been a huge support as I have worked towards qualification.”

Emma Liddle, partner and head of residential conveyancing, believes this is a testament to Rachel’s work ethic.

“Qualifying as a solicitor is a huge achievement for Rachel and we are all really proud of her,” she said.

“It’s great to see all of her hard work pay off and I’m sure she will be even more of an asset to the team going forward.”
