Solicitor qualifies into the corporate team
14/10/2022Mincoffs Solicitors is consolidating its position as a leading corporate and commercial firm, with a new appointment in the corporate team.
Grace Hughes has qualified as a solicitor and had joined the corporate department, after successfully completing her training contract at the firm.
Over the course of two years, she gained a wealth of experience by completing seats with real estate, dispute resolution and corporate.
However, it was the fast-paced nature and high value transactions of the latter which ultimately made the decision for her.
“I am delighted to have completed my training contract with Mincoffs and I can’t imagine anywhere better to start my legal career,” said Grace.
“I enjoyed each of the seats I undertook during my training contract, but it was the variety of transactions I was able to be involved in during my corporate seat which made me want to qualify into the team.
“I am excited to progress my career as a solicitor and dedicate my time to an area of law I’m really passionate about.”
Partner and Head of Corporate, Paul Hughes is pleased to welcome Grace to the team.
“Grace was an asset to the department during the corporate seat of her training contract, so it is fantastic that she has chosen to qualify into the team,” he said.
“We work with a diverse client base and handle both national and international transactions, so we have been lucky to expand the department in recent years to maximise our output.
“We look forward to working closely with Grace as she starts her career in corporate law and I am sure she will be an excellent addition to the team.”
The application process for Mincoffs Solicitors’ 2023 training contract opens on 1st November 2022.
