Leading corporate and commercial law firm, Mincoffs Solicitors has signed up as a legal partner of the Children’s Activities Association (CAA).
The CAA was founded out of a desire to raise the standard of children’s activities, classes and clubs by promoting self-regulation across the industry.
The not-for-profit community interest company requires its members to adhere to checks for health and safety, child safeguarding, criminal record checks, qualifications and training and now has more than 1000 members across the UK.
As a legal partner, Mincoffs will provide CAA members with expert advice and support on a wide range of topics, including franchising, data protection, intellectual property, commercial contracts and employment matters.
