An ambitious North East accountancy business has expanded its reach across the country with the acquisition of a West Midlands firm, thanks to legal support from Mincoffs Solicitors.
Tennick Accountants, which was founded in 2012, has joined forces with Hereford-based Kinder Digital Accountants, to strengthen its support capabilities across both businesses with a wider team and broader expertise.
Both teams hope the acquisition will drive further investment in the team across the Newcastle and Hereford offices, boost continuity and extensions of existing contracts with local suppliers, increase partnership agreements and improve connections with local charities.
Newcastle-based Mincoffs Solicitors provided legal support to Tennick Accountants throughout the transaction.
Partner Paul Hughes was supported by trainee solicitor Jenny Luke and paralegal Jenny Harrison, who worked closely with Tennick Accountants’ chief impact officer Graeme Tennick and the wider team.
