Leading Leeds-based telecommunication company Northern Telecom has expanded its reach further across the UK, following the acquisition of a Welsh wireless provider.
Northern Telecom has acquired Dyfed Telecom, based in Kidwelly, thanks to legal support from Mincoffs Solicitors’ corporate team.
As part of the deal, Northern Telecom will absorb 4000 of Dyfed Telecom’s customers, along with creating jobs for 22 of the company’s existing employees.
This is the latest in a string of acquisitions for Northern Telecom, which also welcomed Direct Market Services Limited and Toople.com Limited, Utility Point Telecoms, and Allteks and Absols in recent years.
