A leading Yorkshire telecommunications and IT company has extended its capability, following the acquisition of a specialist Zero-Trust IT and cyber security business.
Northern Telecom has welcomed Newport-based C-STEM into the wider group, thanks to legal support from North East law firm Mincoffs Solicitors.
C-STEM, which marks the group’s third acquisition this year, specialises in Zero Trust architecture and managed IT solutions, to help businesses avoid lost productivity time, maximise value and reduce operational and commercial risks.
The transaction furthers Northern Telecom’s investment into Wales, following the acquisition of Dyfed Telecom in February, with the acquisition marking the group’s 23rd to date.
