Ashleigh joined Mincoffs in May 2017. She achieved a 2:1 M Law Exempting Degree at Northumbria University before completing her training contract.
Ashleigh qualified as a solicitor in August 2016 having gained knowledge in residential and commercial property as well as private client – wills, lasting power of attorney and probate – before settling at Mincoffs in residential property.
Ashleigh was promoted to associate solicitor in April 2021, and promoted to partner in April 2025.
