Ashley began her career in law when she started as an office apprentice in a North East law firm. After working her way up to a legal secretary, she joined the real estate team at Mincoffs in July 2018 and has since been promoted to the role of legal assistant.
Ashley completed a law degree in 2024 through distance learning, graduating with a 2:1.
Ashley assists the real estate team with various matters including commercial property sales and acquisitions, residential development and property finance.
