Danial joined Mincoffs Solicitors in 2026 and is a solicitor in the corporate team.
Danial completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Newcastle University Law School in 2019 before going on to achieve a Master of Science (MSc) in Banking and Finance at Newcastle University Business School.
Prior to joining Mincoffs, Danial worked at a Tier-1 global investment bank, where he managed a portfolio of 30 clients including hedge funds, global asset managers and private equity firms. During this time, he advised on and negotiated a broad range of financial derivatives documentation across cleared and OTC markets under both English and New York law. He also advised on repo and securities lending transactions and drafted and negotiated a variety of legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, guarantees and control agreements.
Alongside his studies, Danial served as Student Chairman for postgraduate economics courses at Newcastle University Business School during the 2020–21 academic year.
Danial’s experience in financial markets and complex legal documentation enables him to provide commercially focused advice to clients across a range of corporate matters.
