Elle is a paralegal in Mincoffs’ real estate team. With a first class degree and completion of her LPC at Northumbria University in 2023, she brings a strong academic foundation to her role. Though early in her career at Mincoffs, Elle is eager to develop her expertise and build lasting relationships with clients as she progresses toward qualifying as a solicitor.
Elle spent a year in the firm’s residential conveyancing team, where she advised a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to limited companies, handling sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. She also dealt with first registrations – an area she particularly enjoys for its complexity and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Elle is passionate about travel and aims to visit all seven continents, embracing new experiences that enhance both her personal and professional growth.
