CIPD Level 5 qualified and a Mental Health First Aider, Grace is particularly passionate about employee wellbeing and creating positive workplace experiences. She enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues, providing practical support and guidance, and helping people feel valued, supported, and able to perform at their best.
