Hannah joined the commercial team at Mincoffs Solicitors as a solicitor in September 2020 following completion of her training contract at an international law firm.

She has experience in advising on a broad range of commercial matters including drafting and negotiating B2B and B2C terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, services agreements and SaaS agreements.

Hannah has built experience in advising on brand protection and intellectual property matters including trade marks and copyright protection. She regularly prepares trade mark applications in the UK and internationally via the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). She is also regularly involved in preparing IP assignments and assisting with licensing arrangements.

She is also equipped to draft franchise agreements in line with BFA standards and has enjoyed supporting franchisors from a range of sectors including education, care, leisure and F&B.

Hannah has a particular interest in data protection matters and routinely prepares privacy notices, cookies notices, SAR advice and cross-border data processing agreements for clients. In early 2018, Hannah spent three months on secondment at a well-known insurance company in London to assist with bringing their contracts in line with the GDPR.

She also enjoys holding legal mentoring sessions and workshops with graduate businesses from local universities and supporting with the range of legal issues that arise for start-ups.
