Jacob is a paralegal in Mincoffs’ real estate team with a background in complex litigation and a keen interest in commercial property law. He graduated from Newcastle University with an LLB (Hons) in Law in 2023, before gaining several years’ litigation experience at national law firms in Newcastle and joining Mincoffs in 2026.
Jacob’s litigation background has given him strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills, together with meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing complex matters and procedural deadlines. He now brings these strengths to supporting clients across a range of property matters, with the ambition of qualifying as a solicitor.
Outside of work, Jacob is a competitive chess player who has competed at both regional and national levels, including the British Chess Championship. He also enjoys running and values opportunities to get involved in local networking and community initiatives.
