Janice joined Mincoffs in 2016 on a temporary basis, having decided she was not ready for retirement. After a few years with the firm and deciding Mincoffs was a nice company to work for, Janice decided to join the firm on a full time basis.
In her day to day role she enjoys answering the phone to provide quotes, opening up client files and sending initial paperwork to clients.
Janice strives to be helpful in answering queries and, with backup from the qualified members of the team, provide the information required.
