Jenny is a trainee solicitor at Mincoffs Solicitors, having commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2024.
She is currently in her final seat with the real estate team. Her first seat was with the employment team, assisting with a variety of employment law matters, followed by her second seat with the dispute resolution department and her third with corporate.
Jenny graduated from King’s College London with a degree in French and Spanish, where she also served as editor of the French magazine. After graduating in 2022, she returned to the North East to pursue a career in law, obtaining a distinction in her MA Law conversion and successfully passing both SQE1 and SQE2 exams at The University of Law.
Jenny will qualify as a solicitor in September 2026.
