Michelle joined Mincoffs Solicitors in May 2015 after spending more than a decade working in recruitment. With a certificate in HR management and a membership to CIPD, REC and ISMM, she oversees HR, compliance and the admin team and reports to the chief operating officer.

During her time at Mincoffs, Michelle has created and implemented the firm’s HR processes, streamlined procedures across a range of departments and continuously works with all staff to ensure the appropriate policies and procedures are in place.

She has a keen interest in staff engagement and retention and appreciates the variety in her role as office manager, which includes everything from recruiting and welcoming new staff who share our values, to the day-to-day responsibilities of managing two buildings.

Passionate about getting the best out of people, Michelle enjoys coaching and mentoring and recently completed a Mental Health First Aider course to better support staff at the firm.
