Andy joined Mincoffs in October 2011 as chief executive to help drive the firm’s growth plans forward.

A qualified accountant, Andy has a wealth of experience and has worked at board level as financial director and general manager in the electronics and healthcare sectors for over 10 years and has also operated as Treasurer of a local hospice.
