Emma Liddle

Emma joined the residential property team at Mincoffs in May 2013. She began her conveyancing career in 2001 and has experience in all aspects of residential property transactions.
In 2012 Emma completed her qualification to be a chartered legal executive and started working for Mincoffs shortly after. During her studies to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, she was presented with the Broadchare Chambers prize for excellence for her examination results.
Over her time at Mincoffs Emma progressed to become head of the department in 2020 and oversees the residential property team, dealing with a wide variety of cases including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity cases, lease extensions, transfer of part and more.
