Jenny Harrison

Jenny joined the corporate team in 2022 after working for a leading London legal outsourcing firm in its Newcastle office, gaining experience in derivatives and loans documentation whilst acting on behalf of large financial institutions and liaising with high-profile asset managers based in the UK and US.
Jenny graduated Newcastle University in 2020 after receiving a 2:1 in BA (Hons) History and a Merit in MA History. She then completed her GDL in 2021 at Northumbria University and graduated with a Commendation.
Jenny assists members of the corporate team with the various matters and transactions being carried out at the time. Some of her main responsibilities include drafting transaction documents and carrying out due diligence.
