Jenny Wade

Jenny is an associate in the commercial services team. She qualified in 2011 and has a wealth of experience in advising private and public sector clients operating across a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, IT, MedTech, heavy industry, leisure, online services and health.

Supporting clients with all aspects of their contractual arrangements, she routinely drafts and negotiates new agreements, and also provides advice on operational contracts. She helps clients with heads of terms, contracts for goods and services (including IT and SaaS contracts), terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, copyright licences, grant agreements, franchising agreements, consultancy contracts and agency, distribution and reseller agreements. She also advises on IP and data protection matters.

Jenny has a particular interest in complex, high-value and multiparty contracting. She has provided advice on a large number of Public Private Partnerships (PPP), including establishing Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects and making efficiencies and resolving operational difficulties under Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts. She also advises on public procurement matters, including framework agreements, and provides business with support in relation to the establishment of strategic partnerships, joint contracting and collaboration/alliance arrangements.
