Julie Parr

Julie joined Mincoffs in September 2022 as the chief operating officer to help the firm deliver on their strategic growth plans and manage the day to day operations of the firm.

Julie has many years of legal management experience and has held a number of legal directorship roles.  Her experience is in finance, service excellence, business improvement, digital transformation, and data analytics.  She is a business graduate from both Northumbria and Oxford University.

Julie is also a qualified data protection practitioner, an innovator and a firm believer that allowing your people to thrive will be the key to creating operational excellence.
