Keith Ravenhill

Keith (having first obtained a BSc(Hons) Business Systems and IT) obtained the post-graduate law course Common Professional Examination (CPE), completed the Legal Practice Course and qualified as a solicitor in February 2008, having completed his training contract at Mincoffs. Keith had previously worked for a leading UK practice specialising in property matters.

Since joining Mincoffs’ real estate team, Keith has gained extensive experience in a wide range of commercial property transactional work.

He has particular experience acting for both commercial landlords and commercial occupiers across a range of sectors (including retail, office and industrial) on the negotiation of agreements for lease, leases and on ancillary asset management documentation.  He has acted for national retailers (as commercial occupiers).

He also has particular experience acting for investors and developers on the acquisition, disposal and financing of commercial property including in respect of high value portfolios. Keith often provides property support to the firm’s corporate team on business and company acquisitions and disposals.
