Office Manager
Michelle joined Mincoffs in May 2015 as Office Manager with an administrative career spanning over 20 years. Her most recent role was in recruitment where she spent 12 years. Michelle holds a certificate in HR Management and is a member of CIPD, REC and ISMM.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, Michelle’s role involves working with all staff to ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are in place, supporting the HR function and co-coordinating all administrative and support activities.
