Ryan Bannon

Ryan is the head of the real estate department. Ryan has a wealth of expertise across all aspects of non-contentious property work. Ryan has acted for developers of commercial, residential and mixed use space. His work includes offices and build to rent.

Ryan is also involved in investment work and landlord and tenant work (acting for both landlord and tenants) and this work includes acting for national retailers. Due to the significant residential property team here at Mincoffs Solicitors, both Ryan and Mincoffs have particular expertise in dealing with mixed use schemes of various types.

Recent transactions include acting on:

• The Stack development in Sunderland;
• Residential apartments in Newcastle, including the Charlton’s Bonds scheme;
• Acting for a hotel owner in the development of new hotels;
• Acting for a developer on several forward funding transactions where the funders were various London based institutions.
