Our residential investment team is headed up by Partner Ryan Bannon and Head of Residential Conveyancing Emma Liddle. The team provides expert legal advice on all aspects of residential investment including property finance, buying and selling residential portfolios, leases, tenanted properties and management of investment portfolios and mixed-use properties. It is strengthened by being a multi-disciplinary team with a balanced mix of residential property, commercial property and dispute resolution property lawyers capable of providing integrated expertise in this specialised area of property law.
