The ‘right to buy’ scheme, introduced in the 1980s entitles longstanding local authority tenants to purchase their homes at considerably discounted prices. The scheme enables tenants who would otherwise struggle to get onto the housing ladder to purchase property.

Right to buy landlords include housing authorities, Registered Social Landlords registered with the Housing Corporation (secure tenants only), Government Departments, transport executives, fire authorities, the NHS and a range of other public bodies.

Our experienced residential team have dealt with many right to buy purchases and will be able to ensure that your transaction proceeds smoothly.

Meet the residential conveyancing team, headed by Emma Liddle, who will be acting on your behalf here.

Emma acted most professionally and expeditiously. Her communication with us was been excellent and we were most reassured with her looking after our conveyancing.

We would like to thank you for the hard work, attention to detail and professionalism in all our dealings during the sale and on the back of that I will be very happy to continue to recommend Mincoffs so please accept this big pat on the back from us!

We have only recently completed the sale and purchase of our properties and I have to say Emma Liddle was outstanding. She is efficient, polite and professional with the added quality of having empathy with her customers. Emma always go that extra mile. I cannot praise her and Mincoffs enough for their customer service and expertise. A service I doubt you will get anywhere else.
