TUPE

TUPE stands for ‘Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006’ and is designed to protect certain rights of employees when the business that they work for is transferred from one owner to another.

The TUPE regulations are complex and if you believe that the TUPE regulations apply to you then we would strongly advise that you seek legal advice.
