If you have been refused a licence by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), we might be able to help. It is true that in some circumstances licences are automatically refused and this is usually due to an applicant’s criminal record. However, there are a number of situations in which can be made to the magistrates court successfully, or even mediated with the SIA directly.
Our team of licensing experts can help to identify whether you have a case for appeal, or if you have appealed yourself we can assist. Our expertise comes from having been the sole representative of the SIA in the North East for over 7 years. As you might expect, we have a good working knowledge of not just the appeals system and the licensing criteria, but also a working knowledge of the SIA.
If you have been refused a licence by the SIA and would like to speak to an expert about appealing the decision, call 0191 281 6151 to speak to a member of our Licensing and Gaming team or email Matt Foster, Head of Licensing and Gaming on email@example.com
