Mincoffs Solicitors has once again been named the North East’s number one deal adviser by a prestigious industry report.
The Experian Market IQ M&A H1 Review has revealed that Mincoffs Solicitors has maintained its top spot in the region’s rankings, a position it has held in each of the quarterly reports released since the beginning of 2023.
Over the second quarter of the year, the corporate team completed on 18 qualifying deals – with an aggregate deal value in excess of £75m.
Senior partner and head of corporate, Paul Hughes, is delighted with the result.
“Maintaining the position of most active deal adviser across a period of two and a half years is an amazing feat and one we have a lot of pride in,” he said.
“This is a real achievement for not only our corporate team but also the wider team, who go above and beyond for our clients and have worked on a number of significant deals this year across a variety of industries.
