Leading corporate and commercial firm Mincoffs Solicitors has welcomed two new fee earners, as it continues expanding departments across the firm.
Jenny Luke and Lauren McDonald have joined the team as trainee solicitors, with two further recruits due to take up their training contracts in March 2025.
Jenny has taken up her first seat with the employment department, while Lauren will gain experience working alongside the dispute resolution team.
As part of their roles at Mincoffs, both Jenny and Lauren will take an active role in the firm’s ongoing projects and campaigns, including joining the social committee.

Lauren said: “I am delighted to have joined Mincoffs and I have really enjoyed getting stuck into my first seat.
“I am looking forward to seeing what the next two years will bring and learning as much as I can along the way.”
Malcolm Wood, training principal at Mincoffs Solicitors, leads on trainee recruitment and believes they are both a great fit for the firm.
“We had some excellent applications this year and so competition was certainly tough, but Jenny and Lauren excelled at both the interview and assessment week stages of the process,” he said.
“We’re delighted to have them join the firm and it’s fantastic to see them both settling into the first seats of their training contracts.

The application process for Mincoffs Solicitors’ 2025 and 2026 training contracts opens on 1st January 2025.
